When the AAA driver dropped off the vehicle, he should have taken another set of pictures. We don’t know who damaged the oil pan. Who knows if the shop damaged it or not. But just saying, as a driver, I would have covered all aspects.

WHO CARES ABOUT AAA and their part in it. The shop owner should of just fixed the car for the gentleman and they would have had a customer for life. Instead, they play the blame game while a guy has no car. That shop could have put that car on the lift and replaced everything necessary to get it running again. They chose not to. Not their problem, right? Can't help a guy out when you have a profit margin to maintain. If this happened at the shop I used to work at, the owner would have just told up to bring in the car and fixed it and treated the guy to lunch while he waited. Thats customer service. Not this BS.
