The prophet sallullahu alaihi wasulam said, whoever takes a path upon which he seeks knowledge, then Allah makes the path to paradise easy for him. And indeed the angels lower their wings in approval to the one seeking knowledge. Indeed forgiveness is sought for the knowledgeable one by whom ever is in the heavens and whomever is in the earth, even the fish in the waters. And superiority of the scholar over the worshippers is like the superiority of the moon over the rest of the celestial bodies. Indeed the scholars are the heirs of the prophets, and the prophets do not leave behind dinar or dirham. The only legacy of the scholars is knowledge, so who ever takes from it, then he has indeed taken the most able share. Evidence At tirmidhi 2682 authenticated by shaikh albanee.

There nothing wrong in asking the woman to remove the crying child from the mosque while the preachment was in progress. Dr. Bilaal was right.

Why did you get angry with the sister who came with her baby who is crying during your khutbah? And you told her to get out with her baby. Is it a part of Sunnah? Did the Prophet treat the child and its mother during prayer treat like this?

No it's not obligatory for woman to cover her face and hands.
