Can someone help me understand this? Al A’la doesn’t appear in the list of 99 names of اَلله swt. But the other 2 does. Is there a reason why

The common list that people use is from a weak hadeeth. It contains names like Ar-Rasheed that are not authentically found anywhere in the Quran or Sunnah. There are several scholars like Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen who compiled lists of Allah's names from the Quran and hadeeth.
