UIDAI ne - Name, Gender, DOB Change, Language Change ka option hata diya hai aur sirf Online Address update ka option hi diya hai. Aur saath mein aap Document update bhi online kar skte ho free of cost till September 2023.

Irony is this and many other govt service providing kendras (centres) don't even accept online mode of payment via UPIs and other format (mainly UPI as other formats are not really feasible 😅) So the main point is they aren't accepting UPI mode of payments while the govt on the other side is strongly promoting online payments.

If a document is made mandatory by Govt to avail any mandatory services, then that ID must be free. Update charges should not be legal. No argument on costs incurred can be accepted because it is mandatory even for people who don't have money to afford such a card.

Sir mene mere Aadhar card me new mobile number update karne k lia uidai ki website par jake form bhardiya hai and 50 Rupiss pay kardiya ok ab jo last jo document mila uske sath koi or document atech karna padega ya nahi....? Koi idea nahi hai kon kon se document lagege

I have applied through aadhar centrr for address change. Even after a month its still not updated nor rejected. What can i do now to enquire reason, how long it will take

U can change address by yourself it's very easy

Aadhaar aya tha Sep 2010 ko, Aapne bana lia 2009 mein. yeh ek mistake kia aapne aur 2nd thing is Name aap Lifetime mein 2 times update kar sakte ho, Gender and DOB once in a Lifetime. And Address, Phone number/email aur Biomatric update ka koi limit nahi hai. Aur abhi Recently 1 October se rule aya hai ki kisika aadhaar agar 10 years purana hai usko Address update karna hoga bhale hi wo same address pe Q na rahe and Biomatric update v karna hai, Every 10 years.
