What is the procedure of twins child new Enrollment? Because I have twins girl 1 girl aadhar is Generated but Second one is 2 time new Enrollment with Different Biometric by mother but every time matching duplicates. I complain every type 1947 and mail UIDIA But No solution of Aadhar card

My DOB limit cross problem occurred due to Aadhar system issue. Due to their mistake Im suffering, now no ASK is allowing me to get enrolment done. They are asking to go to a regional office which is in another state for us. Raised multiple grievances but its been ignored and no body wants to take responsibility of their mistake and unnecessary harassing me since last 9 months by not taking up enrollment. They are neither accepting Digital Birth Certificate nor Manual Birth Certificate.

As per current UIDAI policy Date of birth correction is allowed only 1 time. In case it needs to be updated more than the prescribed limit, then it can be done through the exception handling process. For that, you'll have to visit Aadhaar Kendra with the following documents: i.) A DOB certificate issued by the authority under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969. ii.) A self-declaration stating that he /she is requesting an update of DOB, after availing DoB update service once. For more details, kindly read the SOP here uidai.gov.in/images/SOP_for_DOB_update.pdf

@@AadhaarUIDAI Your aadhar centres dont allow enrolment for DoB as they quote not authorised, they are prima facie rejecting without even hearing out. Asking us to go Regional office which is in another state. DOB was processed wrongly by Aadhar centre, thats the main reason of DOB Limit cross btw. So, either you make system easy accessible to the citizens or allow us to exit from this aadhar system if we dont like the services. Please dont let us hanging in the middle. Please look into ground realitily and challenges common people are facing, while you write and reply something but Your Aadhar Enrollment Centres dont take cognizance of that. Another thing, do Aadhar centres have aurhority to turn down cotizens valid other govt documents, viz birth certificates, central gazztt of India? Why they tell us not acceptable. One govt authority is questioning another govt aurhorities issued document what an irony and who is deciding that, your aadhar centre data operators whose primary job is to enter data and process application, they are assuming the role of a Judge. Please roll out suggestion and grievances to every aadhar holder and ler them vent out their concerns.

@@AadhaarUIDAI please respond, its a serious conceen. Aadhar Seva Kendra are not entertaining any DoB updates. We get humiliated for this. The Honble Supreme Court also given the verdict now that Aadhar is not a DoB proof, so whats the big fuss only on DoB, why cant same be updated, if not for new generation born in digital age atleast older gen born before 1990 Uidai should support correction/update. Please educate your ASK and they dont accept any other govt documents, like birth certificate they making judgement as invalid both digital and manual, they raising a finger on other state govt documents. They even not considering Central govt Gazztt for name change. So your Uidai aadhar seva kendra are assuming the power of the Highest Court and tuning down any kind of update in the aadhar more on dob. Whats the big fuss about it. You need to be citizen friendly and not authoritative or astrocratic to impose on citizens. We never needed aadhar, govt needed to track people income earning capacity so the whole game plan. Whatever it is we are fine but allow updates changes in a respectful manner. We are not criminals or non Indians.

@@AadhaarUIDAI The challenge is your Enrollment Centres are not allowing any enrollments for DOB correction or name for whateverso reasons even presenting legal documents. They on the face returning people back. While what is written and what tou are saying means there needs to be enrollment done and these enrollment agencies can not deny enrollments for updates but you need to first work on your system and make it citizen accessible. I know your team is deleting the comments where people are expressing their concerns and challenging what you are saying and what we are facing on the ground. Secondly, your online appointment system does not work, its a disaster. The app does not give any capcha and if it gives captcha it does sends OTP, same is the case with filing online compliants, no OTP is received, you end up spending whole day on Uidai site, and get frustration than nothing. Dont glorify aadhar, its sevices are disaster. Pls Have the patience of hearing out people's grievances and what they are struggling through.

आधार नामांकन और अद्यतन कार्य अब केवल बैंकों, डाकघरों और नामित सरकारी कार्यालयों द्वारा किए जाते हैं। यह निजी केंद्रों पर उपलब्ध नहीं है। आप आगे के निर्देशों के लिए पंजीयक या क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

The Aadhaar generation for residents >18 years may take up to 180 days from the date of enrolment and up to 30 days for resident <18 years with 90% of service standard. You are requested to wait for given timeline and raise your grievance in case your request doesn’t get completed within mentioned timelines. आधार सेवाएं अब केवल बैंकों, डाकघरों, सीएससी, नामित राज्य सरकार के कार्यालयों या यूआईडीएआई द्वारा संचालित आधार सेवा केंद्र में उपलब्ध हैं। आधार केंद्र निजी संचालन के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है। आगे के निर्देशों के लिए आप रजिस्ट्रारों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
