Yes as you said, you will know the real friends and relatives only when you are in trouble as the saying goes, "Bellam unte eegalu vaalthaayi." Even I have gone through this kind of a situation once we returned back from abroad and my husband passed away. My trust in my Living God only has given me the strength and courage to overcome this loss along with the support of my younger daughter. All the relatives and friends whom we supported financially when we were abroad even stopped talking and coming to our house for fear that they may have to support us. So, continue to trust in God and he will definitely bless you and help you. God is there for those who do not have anyone. God bless you all.
