Bhai the thing is adhaar card was initially launched to be a convenient document with all the basic information about the person but now, illegal immigration from Bangladesh, Myanmar and other countries is getting out of control and the people who illegally immigrate from these countries somehow get an adhaar card and in a way get the citizenship of India. So to solve this problem, the govt has made this change in the adhaar card
