His views are prejudicial in the sense that a law and order officer will not be alright in investigation!. Enforcement of law is the promulgation of order. An SI turned into a DSP overtime can opine only like this. Uprightness is the essential requirement to be efficient in the police force and it will be possible only when political intervention is not entertained.
