Masa khana aani toh mana pasun avadna ek tricky goshta aahe. Saglyanna mase avadtatach asa nahiye n it's extremely evident from the face of the host. Paula is much more skilled & has the right taste buds to know exactly wat ingredients are used in a particular dish. She is the right fit for covering this particular segment.

Tirphal is not allspice - although it does look like allspice. Tirphal (believe it or not) is sichuan peppercorn. We associate sichuan or “schezwan” with the red color in Indochinese food - but true sichuan peppercorn is actually tirphal. Look it up.

Sorry to say... but fish curry quite costly and the taste is not up to the mark... Try Chaitanya... Even Sachin serves good food in value for money... Gomantak, Acharekars Malvani, Masoli... there are so many good sea food hotels in Dadar... 😊
