There's a lot of scenarios/instances where everyone proves their love for each other and their strong brotherhood. However, the most remarkable for me was when Changsub left the group before their debut, bec they all thought they will become a band not boyband, but because of the love and trust he had for the remaining hyungs, he came back. All of these reasons made my heart happy for rooting the right group.

I think Eunkwang is a great leader, he doesn't need to show off his authority, and has no problem with be the target of his members because he is more focus on the group than in himself, that's why BtoB would follow him wherever he guide them, he had their trust and their loyal and he wort it. He got all the responsibility but that doesn't take away his foggy character, yet he used that and made it work with his duty as a leader. I love him for that. Sorry if my English is bad
