this song reminds me of the last call i had with my gf. It was 4 am and we both had tears in our eyes as we knew this was the last time we were talking to eachother. Her parents wanted her to marry one of their relatives as i was unknown to them and was setting my career back then and just like that our 3 yrs relationship ended. i remember telling her not to disconnect as that was the last time i was hearing the voice that meant the world to me. The voice that made me happy everytime i heard it..Things have changed now and i have moved on after a long time but i will never forget that night.This beautiful ghazal always takes me back to those days..best time of my life..

This song is extremely close. Life moved ahead. I met her 2nd time in life. Before meeting, she shared it...aisey hi. It struck me, not impacted. Then I met her. 1st meeting, at her home. At night. While returning, in the bus. After a short hug! Sat in bus. Thereon, emotions took over, was so happy see & sit beside her, tears were uncontrollable, sobbing with head down. With a handkerchief. No one beside. Just this song! In a loop for next 1hr. every word, the chords, rhythm and Akriti's voice. what to say. missing those moments....so this song is an escape.
