The question you should ask yourself is if Hardik has defied the instructions given to him by the team management or is he just out because of proven injury. Iyer faked injury to avoid playing in domestic even after given instructions to play. He suddenly is now fine to play domestic. As for Ishan, he left a ongoing tour and has been unresponsive towards the team. These are disciplinary actions.

No everyone aren't culprit. Ishan & Iyer are culprits because they went against what their employer BCCI asked them to do, that's a stupid thing that being employees of BCCI they shouldn't have done. If they had simply cited reasons or asked permission for some kind of leave to skip ranji, BCCI may have agreed. You can't just go AWOL like Ishan without listening to the board or fake an injury like Iyer, those are stupid & unprofessional things to do. That's why they are in trouble nobody else are.

Even though I don't like KL. I don't think he's playing at his own will. He has just been lucky that Rishabh is not available and the other wicket keepers that india has tried has not made much of an impact. He was dropped last year but made a comeback in South Africa and scored an century. He is also dropped from T20 but considering Ishan's disciplinary issue now it seems likely that KL might make a comeback in t20 as well. He has been quite lucky 😅
