Neetu a suggestion for your diet Eat chapati with ghee over it and rice won't be bad for your health instead it will help you in increasing your fat but eat it with daal . Eat boiled eggs , peanut butter with brown bread or with chaptti eat paraths with ghee over it . This diet would definately be an effective one and would help you in increasing your weight 💙

Mein bhi garhwali hu. Uttarakhand se. Mein chamoli se hu ayr Rawat hu lekin shadi ke baad ab mein Bisht hu. Aur sasural mera pauri garhwal m hai. Mein bhi shadi se pehlw neetu jaisi thi. 42kg weight. But jab shadi huyi 28 ki age m tab mera halka weight bda ab 48 hai. Kuch bhi khau. Kitna khalu. Weight nahi badhta. Kya kru.
