I am from Karnataka, I apologize for such a behavior from people of my state. 1. To be fair, I have not watched the movie yet. 2. To provide feedback on any movie is individual reviewers right as long as it is not preview show based review. 3. Kantara spread fame by word of mouth and people reviewed it after many days of release in karnataka and south india. KGF1 had some form of marketing but no one provided forced or paid review. I saw both positive and low to average reviews but was widely accepted. 3.This film publicized itself as PanIndia, So there is nothing wrong in reviewing the movie early and providing review. If it were good then even if the reviewers gave bad review, it would have come out as false from generic audience. Both director, actor and miscreants misbehaving should be ashamed. I understand if you guys dont want to review kannada movies again. I think you guys should stop reviewing kannada movies for a while. reason1: Kannada industry used to produce atleast 2 movies in month whether good or bad low budget movies because of which we were getting atleast 5-10 good movies in a year. But after KGF and Kantara the number of movies in KFI has drastically reduced. Almost , All actors in KFI want to make PanIndia movie. reason2: This will affect other genuine PanIndia movies. If such things keep happening other genuine south Indian movies from other languages like marathi, malayalam, telugu and Tamil will take a hit. Let movies become pan india by word of mouth not by words on poster and trailer. Movie Reviewers on KZbin please restrain from hyping a trailer- a trailer is a trailer not a movie. Not all reviewers do this but for those who do it for click bait please stop. For movie reviewers on KZbin, please dont pitch trailers,release dates, BO collection as language vs language movies for comparison- Hindi has made movies which were hit but when dubbed or remade in local languages have failed even with star actors in lead role. For movie reviewers on KZbin, please dont pitch movie trailers for actors vs actors or directors vs directors or some nepotism stuff, this always leads to cases like this.
