And even if He doesn't exist in idols, he wants people who want to worship Him in idols ( even if wrongly) to be raped and put to death? And.... Do you mean to say that, the criminals who perpetrated obnoxiously brutal acts in Kashmir, back in 1990s, were agents of God? To any reasonable mind, God who is merciful and compassionate Father of all beings, can not stoop to employ such inhuman butchers as His agents nor can He inflict rape on women and death to innocent children as punishments for a community. By the way, you must remember that, unlike in preislamic Arabia, Hindus don't worship idols as Gods... For Hindus God is all pervading... He exists in an idol and every where out side the same. And an idol is only a symbol of God, before which a devotee expresses his love and devotion for the almighty and all pervading God.

ईश्वर उन हैवानों को सख्त से सख्त सजा दे, दुख इस बात का है कि भारतीय न्यायालय न्याय दिलाने में विफल रहे और कश्मीर की राज्य सरकारों ने भी कश्मीरी पंडितों की जमीन हड़पने में स्थानीय लोगो की मदद की।

After all the anger and venting out subsides, which is absolutely necessary, I think the following points should be addressed, of we have to permanently solve the kashmiri hindu relocation and the Kashmir issue once and forever. 1.Kashmir Hindu Genocide must be accepted through a resolution in parliament, just like USA recognised Rohingya Genocide. For this, govt doesnt need either popular support or legislative support. This bill can also be named "genocide, riots and forced demographic change bill, with the intent of using such a bill to address similar events like 84 riots, Gujarat riots, and a dozen other riots that happened during various governments, including th displacement of bangladeshi hindus and muslims in 1971. 2. Part of that resolution should be the details of the event, the investigative report of successive and current governments, the effect of the genocide on Kashmiri pandits and the corrective measures. 3. Corrective measures should include legal representation, political representation, inclusion of "kashmir genocide" chapter in school history books", monetary compensation, psychaitric assistance, the consensus based demands of the community affected, prevalent conditions/tendencies in the country that can lead to similar events in the future and a study of similar events around the world in general. 4. Appoint a ministry especially for this, or create a separate department under law ministry. What we can name it is a big debate in itself. 5. Publish books with authentic sources and paper cuttings of Kashmiri genocide and major riots of the past, to educate the future generations about it. 6. Isreal has holocaust memorial, Poland has a holocaust memorial and so should we. Not as a token gesture, but in all its seriousness, build a Kashmir memorial, in Delhi and in Srinagar, where the events, the stories, the lives of Kashmiri pandits in pre-jihad Kashmir and their lives in refugee camps, photos of Kashmiri Muslims and Hindus of happier times, lives of Jihadis before and after the militancy, ancient Kashmiri documents and artefacts, quotes, artwork, poems, fabric, handiwork, proverbs, jokes (yes , even jokes), the certificates and medals won by Kashmiri hindus, Kashmiri muslims and Sikhs and Buddhists, the real Kashmiri heroes, (mythical, historic and contemporary) , the pictures of Kashmiri children, of all communities, the recipes,the lullabies, the folk songs, the cradles of children the bridal gowns and the walking sticks of old men put everything on display.The indigenous Kashmiri identity should never be lost to the Islamist, pak sponsored petro-money driven, war hungry identity that pakistan wants in the valley. Make a paid virtual tour possible for any person in india or abroad except pakistan, with the use of technology. Make Kashmir a living entity again, and not just an issue between two countries, a topic of tv debate or a matter of posession. If Kashmir is "atoot ang" of India, then so should be all Kashmiris, inspite of the history( with constructive correction measures ofcourse). Stigmatisation of Kashmiri muslims should end through meaningful dialogues like the one this movie has started. 7. Promote the local produce of kashmiris, through a system regulated by handpicked civil servants, investors and other players necessary to create a profitable business model for kashmiri people. Only when there is an environment of abundance in indian kashmir, the kashmiri muslims will completely detach themselves from pakistan and separatists. 8. Establish trust chains, and promote tourism in kashmir. Till now, the kashmiri muslims havent seen common indians, they have either seen india politicians or army men. The more they interact witth indians, the mote accepting of any religious/ethnic minority they will be. 9. Proper Rehabilitation is possible only after opening the doors to the kashmiri muslim hearts. Anger cannot be state policy. No guns, no tank or artillery can do what honest, good intentions and communication can do. If India wants to claim kashmir, it has to claim the muslims, snd the muslim hearts. Only then, the desired results will achieve permanency. This is the real justice, when the kashmiri hindu and Kashmiri muslim stay side by side again. The justice should come at the cost of Pakistani embarrasment. when the Pakistanis realise, that the Kashmiri Muslims can never be fooled again into hating india or killing Hindus, that day, Pakistan will be really defeated. 10. Sadly the idea of Kashmir is currently a dead idea. A state without a million of its past ethnic residents, a state with no economy, tourism, identity, pride or a comfortable pretext to lay the future on. It is time to humanise Kashmir, energise Kashmir and to make it s living entity again. Kashmir as a state has many many things to offer to the country and the world. It is time, we give Kashmir a chance. 11. Open a DNA research centre, in Delhi/Srinagar, where any Kashmiri can get their DNA tested for free, prepare a haplogroup spectrum and find potential cousins/blood relatives through DNA test. When biologically you are linked to each other, no propaganda can separate you. It can be promoted through various means. Hindu and muslim candidates can take the test together, and if they are biologically related, their story will be on the govt website/ youtube / instagram etc. The closest relatives established through the DNA test will win a prize money. Im speculating, but this can be done too. DNA test will bring a certainity, that no amount of propaganda or govt schemes can bring. 12. Kashmiri language/culture preservation and promotion should happen, where contests, campaigns can be organised on social media to bring kashmiri content. It would be funny to see a Tamilian sing a Kashmiri song, a Bengali wear a traditional kashmiri gown to a farewell party or a bihari try Kashmiri dishes. Social media potential of such campaigns is huge, specially if government and celebrities support it . 13. The slogans have power. Islamists madr slogans, separatists made slogans, urban naxals have slogans, where are the slogans for kashmiri solutions? I will try my hand at few... "Na ghar se afzal niklega, na hum kisiko marenge", " Na jihad se ,na hathiyaar se, hum jeeyenge adhikaar se". Too bad, I know, but you get the point. 14. De-escalate unnecessary tensions within the country regarding Kashmir debate, if we are discussing solution. A genuine step would be to introduce a new set of words to replace the current adjectives and narratives. If media is indeed soldout, what better way that to use them for the benefit of all kashmiris through positive propaganda The possibilities are endless. One sure way to end all these beautiful possibilities is to make this a Hindu vs Muslim issue. Its not. It really is pak sponsored islamofascism vs the Indian wisdom and values....
