Dear Shiv Khera Ji, You should not do the victim blaming in the Earnst and Young employee death issue. I agree that there are people who underwork. But there are many employees who are forced to over-work due to toxic work culture. That girl might not have the assertiveness skill to say no for too much work. But that doesnt mean you will turn a blind eye ro a problematic factor. You must make some content for the development of assertiveness skills in people also.

Completely disagree here with our intellectual Shiv Khera ji. Whenever we get engry 'our breath is fast - - Yes or no? When we r ill or depressed our exhalation is longer. So very politely saying Yoga, breath n meditation is not your subject. You have 0 experience in it. You sell information. Information is not knowledge or experience. So yoga n breath 100% help in stress. It has thousands of medical n scientific researches to back it. Your words is mere info which does not help in stress release.
