The answer for Why DCEU failed is a long story , I can summarised it: 1) Not having a strict plan 2) Conflicted ideas between old executives of WB , Zack Snyder and comic book fans 3) WB not caring about their fans and they only cared about money 4) Old executives were under pressure due to MCU success till End game 5) WB and who ever incharge failed to see the diamond called DCAU or Timmverse which should have been inspiration 5) WB tried to copy marvel formula of humour and not understanded what fans want. 6) WB blamed only onSnyder not excepting thier mishandling. Making Snyder's fans agree on them. 7) Their investors just want an ideal universe and made James Gunn announce their new universe and they should have been waited till movies like Shazam 2 , Blue Beetle, Aquaman 2 and Flash released. They should have been released Flash as last movie of DCEU. 8) They never gave a proper sendoff to Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot , etc. Which made their fans agree. I hope DCU will succeed were DCEU failed.
