what is there to normalize about it. Privileged assholes and their first world problems. Depression and other mental illnesses require help and shit but anxiety attacks are normal human reflexes to certain stimuli which happens to every fucking person on earth. Imagine not going to work because u had a anxiety attack without any significant trigger.
