I absolutely adore Mahira khan. But Mahira in Aalmi urdu conference is a misfit. She can't speak two sentences in pure urdu. And as much as literature is concerned what she has done in that? She is just an actress like many others. Why she is here?

Whilst I agree with you, but have you heard the urdu of the organiser Ahmed Shah and how he addresses the crowd. He uses "tum" to address them and says stuff like "ruko suno" to them. Where is the urdu adab gone, i am not sure.

If that is the case then why did he work with them? He lectures a lot about religion, where does it say in Islam that male actors are permissible and women are not permissible?? If he is such a religious person then why didn't he do some other job instead of acting? After working knowingly and understanding and earning money, he now considers himself permissible as an actor and others are not permissible?? And he is a senior actor his job is to inspire, treat and appreciate the younger ones. But he insults people everywhere, insults them about their age? He also talks about the acting of their parents. He even says that the heroine will be a 15/16 year old virgin girl whom boys will be thrilled to see?? He means that acting doesn't need to be good, young age means heroine. Older age means old age. Wow what a mentality 😆 Are these his jobs? Is there no other good actor or actress in Pakistan except him? Nadeem Baig is not there? Have they ever said such things? He says bad things to many people, so he should not tolerate this day after day. He should stop.
