" AALOO GOSHT IN A POT "
For this you are going to need a kilo of goat meat, 3 cups of water, 2 md sized onions sliced, 1 L whole garlic, 1ts full coriander powder, 1½ ts full salt, 1ts full hot chilli powder, 1ts full paprika/ daighi mirach, 1/3rd ts turmeric powder, 1ts full cumin seeds and cook it on a md to low heat.
When meat is cooked, add 1 L sz tomato, 1/3rd cup- ½ cup of oil and keep mixing and cooking it until the water has completely dried and oil has separated. Add md sz potatoes, mix, add 3 cups water and cook on md heat. Garnish fresh coriander when the curry is done.
Salad - thinly sliced onions, tomatoes, pinch of chilli powder, salt and some chopped green chillies and fresh coriander.

This is the only recipe on KZbin which is old and traditional. It’s how our grandmothers and ancestors would make. I still make it like that , nowadays there are so many new ways to make it but this is the best for me.
