Aaloo Samosa Recipe | How To Make Perfect Aaloo Samosa

INGREDIENTS:
Potato Filling:
500 gm boiled chopped potatoes
2 tbsp Ghee (don’t use oil)
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp roasted crushed cumin
1/2 tsp coriander seeds crushed
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek leaves
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves chopped a handful
Dough:
500 gm All purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/4 cup Melted Ghee
Lukewarm water
