Ingredients:

Allu (Potato) -800g
Refined oil -500g
Onions -500g
Ginger,garlic paste -3tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -3tsp
Salt -1/2tbsp
Khova -30g
Biryani masala -1/2tsp
Curd -50g
Green chillies -6nos
For Rice preparation:
Basmati rice -1kg
Whole garam masala -green cardamom -2nos, Cinnamon stick -1med, Black pepper -4nos ,Cloves -4nos
Salt -2tbsp ll
For Dum:
Milk -50g
Rose water -1/2tsp
Kewda water -1/2tsp
Pinch of saffron
khova -40g
Dry plum ( alubukhara)-10nos
Biryani masala -2tsp
Some birista
Some chopped coriander
Ghee -40g
