Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail in the liquor policy case. Mr Kejriwal's lawyer had argued the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had no evidence against him.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief is likely to come out of jail tomorrow, as the bail order has to reach the jail first.

What democracy? A Chief Minister is in Jail and doesn't want to resign. He wants to rule Delhi from jail. Neither Courts are asking him to resign or the Central Government is making any law where a Chief Minister who goes to jail should resign. Nor people of Delhi asking the CM to resign. It's shameful. What precedence are we setting? What should our next generation learn or should they consider a Chief Minister in jail their Hero.
