These are hard working people making a living. At least you can see how food is made, with or without gloves. Better than eating in restaurants infested with rodents and cockroaches, cooks nor wearing gloves, fungus laden, old food, food picked from floor and presented so well, people eat with great pleasure. I would eat Roadside food without hesitation. Talk about hygiene, just cook food at home.

Pan is so dirty butter instantly became black. Cleaning the pan with the most dirty cloth and sewage water. What was that 😳. The guy is sweating and using the same hands mixing ingredients. Understand they are hardworking but this is really really below human standards. Least Aamchi Mumbai team can guide them and use some gloves atleast. This is really dangerous and worried about people eating this.
