The best part is how he washes the 8 tumblers, one from another, so even if one tumbler was dirty or unhygienic it passes through the 8 tumblers! Then he drains the washed water to a black bucket from which he takes the water to wash the burnt mango that was in a bag. Then he takes a plastic bottle from the green bucket where that bottle was dipped and keeps it on the cart's counter and handles several times without his gloveless hands and puts it back to the bucket. The man is standing on the gully holes of the street drains. What better hygiene can you ask for?. Am sure it must be tasting like a heavenly nectar!!

Growing up in an environment eating food like these builts up tolerance, no matter how unhygienic it might seem to others. Unless the food has become extremely poisonous. It might be a health hazard to visitors, but to the locals, it's just a normal every day food you ingest.

I'm sorry I have to point this out but he rinsed the cups with water and dumped the water into the black bucket and used that same bucket to rinse the burnt raw mango with and used it to rinse off his hands. He also cut the limes and let them land on the top of the cart he had just rinsed the cups on top of and squeezed those directly into the drink after they had touched the water used to supposedly clean the cups. He also used the cold water he stored the drink mixing canister in to use as water for the drink when shaking up the mango. That's like using the water cooler ice water you stored your drinks in outdoors to drink from. It also appears he uses these same cups to serve people the drink in so does he only rinse these cups after people use the cups? If so, that is even worse because now you're being served the same water that was used to rinse those used cups. There may have been a few other things I missed or didn't mention. As interesting as this drink looks to try and his good showmanship, I would not drink anything off his cart.

I am not concerned about Micro organisms, germs that get exchanged in not wearing gloves. Immune system is designed to fight against them. In fact it will give the immune system the much needed boost. What id be worried is the micro plastics, chemicals that leach on to the food by wearing gloves or using sanitisers. Our bodies are designed to fight germs, but not these chemicals. This chemicals are cancer causing, which is far far more dangerous than possibly falling sick for a day which will only improve immune system. Do you know McDonals use same grade chemicals that are used in toilet cleaning to clean the kitchen equipment? Of couse they kill germs n bacteria, but at a huge cost of injesting those chemicals in to consumer body. I was like you before. I come from a middle class Indian family. My Mom never encouraged eating food in places like this, I was always taught to eat in a decent restaurant and avoid these food joints. But over time, I've learnt my lesson as I educated myself more about health and hygene. Now I actually deliberately go and eat in these joints, because it's healthy in sn odd way and I am fine, never felt sick. Do you know that eating in places like this will also exchange healthy gut bacteria? A new research says that your overall health is dependent on your gut health and they are coming up with capsules by artificially inducing these bacteria. But ofcouse if they serve me in cheap plastics, I don't eat. Most vendors serve in traditional cups made with tree leafs, I will eat only there. I've stopped McD burgers for good. India is far more populated and far more dense than USA. But India reported 1/4 th of the Covid cases than USA. Ever wondered why? Ignore typos.

The guy just rinsed the glasses and threw the water on the table and then cuts the limes and throws them in that same water on the table. Hospitals would love people to patronize such drink stalls cause it sure will bring in revenue sooner or later for the hospital.
