Patna Man Selling Paneer Chilla on his Cycle | Indian Street Food

Mohan ji from Patna used to work as a chef in a hotel but he always liked the idea of being self-dependent and starting on his own business. So he left his 9 to 5 job and start selling street food on his cycle. He's been doing this successfully from past 10 years and loves every minute of it. He serves delicious varieties of bean chilla or pancakes and its very yummy. #streetfood #indianstreetfood

Very unclean water and vessels. Street foods are always nice. But to be prepared and served keeping hygiene. Govt should make regulations and food safety department to outline laws to make sure street foods are served with minimum cleanliness. Pani puri green chutney waters are mostly made from unclean water in streets. If we go any where in the world we can see a minimum cleanliness, gloves, not touching hands on food and fruits which other eats. Here all food until you put in your mouth they touch , squeeze , paste masalas 10 times with bare hands.
