Postmortem will help clarify the cause of death and it will also help prove his innocence with regards to addiction and drug use. It is necessary in my opinion. I have seen cases where bodies were exhumed after years to undergo postmortem and still revealed all the information a forensic analyst required! This is the only way the DEAD can speak for themselves!

First of all post mortem should have been done when he dies but even then his family and children fought against it. Even now they don't want it to be done. This is ridiculous.
