Antioxidants have been discussed previously as having potentially beneficial effects for people with multiple sclerosis. In this video, we interview Dr Rebecca Spain (Oregon Health and Sciences University and VA Portland Health Care System) who discusses her research into the use of lipoic acid as a treatment for MS. Dr Spain has been presenting the results of these clinical trials at the 2016 American Academy of Neurology conference in Vancouver, Canada.
