I just LOVE your content and how raw and open you are ❤ I completely understand what you meant about the your weight and fitness journey. As someone who never ever consistently worked out until last year, I think what really helped me was doing really short workouts, like 10-12 minutes everyday or every alternate day. That took the pressure off me to take out time separately to work out, and also helped me stay consistent since I could tell my brain its only 12 minutes, and not 30 minutes or an hour. Since you dance so beautifully maybe you would like dance style workouts. @growwithjo here on KZbin has some really enjoyable short workouts and dance workouts, if you ever feel like doing them at home between your busy schedule. I personally find you absolutely stunning just as you are, and your clothing haul videos are some of my favourites. Thank you for being so real Aanam. Nothing but love for you always 💙💕 #WEARfam
