Let me correct some misleading info shared here - 1. Non Transfer - Incorrect as it depend on the allocated wings. AG offices doesnt have transfer but defence and commercial wing has all india transfer at every level including AAO. ( I'm posted in defence wing) 2. Promotion - again it depends on wing and office. Defence and commercial has much faster promotions. AAO >5400(NFU) 4 years > SAO (7 years)> DEPUTY DIRECTOR > DIRECTOR > PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR . This hierarchy is for defence audit wing. 3. Some perks and facilities are again dependant on wing aĺlocated. Defence people get canteen card facilities, railway wing officers get railway pass.

Qualification ye hai but samj nahi aai plzzzzzz explanation Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: 8.1.1 Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. 8.1.2 Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics. 8.1.3 During the period of probation direct recruits shall have to qualify the “Subordinate Audit/ Accounts Service Examination” in respective branches for confirmation and regular appointment as Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer.
