Sekhar ji Has Rule -14 issued? Generally, if it’s for more period, it will be issued. Then appeal will be as per such procedures. If Rule-14 not issued, it means it’s for a shorter period and if this is a real case, better not to represent. As it may lead to such thought process also 😊. If it’s is only just a question out of curiosity, normal channel will be to submit representation. To know more about it please see Rule-62 of Postal Volume-III. Further, no marking of dies-non for late coming as per DG p&T Letter no:-10-44/79-PE.II DT 26-11-1979.

Combined service will be taken for both Postman and PA but should have qualifying service equal to that of postman ( lowest among the two levels will be taken for eligibility criteria) L3. That means he should have combined service of 11 years to make him eligible for a certain year. He will be eligible for 2018, if he has combined service of 11 years as on 1-4-2-18, similarly he should have combined service of 11 years as on 1-1-2019 to be eligible for 2019 and so on... Hope it helps .

The present AAO Examination candidates are selected on the merit basis. is a competitive examination. The 4. Group "C" officials are only eligible to appear in the AAO Examination. Hence HSG- II, HSG-I, IPO and ASPOs are not eligible to appear in the AAO Examination.

Sir I think that note 2 below column 11 should not be applied to Rule38 candidates as it was clearly mentioned in IP/ASP recruitment rules. One more thing is that Supreme court has passed a judgement stating that this Rule 38 clause should be mentioned in each and every Recruitment rules and notification but that was not done neither this time not in the previous notification. Kindly supply a copy of that judgement if you have one sir please. Because I came to know that from my colleagues

Welcome Prema Kapse ji Don’t worry too much about rule numbers. Try to remember as many as you can. But, you limit to the maximum you can hold. Rule numbers may carry 1-2 marks in each question. For example, CCS Conduct Rules , you have to remember just 22 rule numbers and their relevant topics. It’s easy. But, FR SR you have many . So, don’t push too much. Go according to your feasibility. Sir...Can u clarify what means half of the service or two years of service in that note

It may be: 1. For example, if a DR PA is having 5.5 years of service , and DP PA is having more than 9 years of service. In this case, short of qualifying service for DR PA is 3.5 years. The rule says DR PA will be eligible only if such short of service is not more than QS/2=9/2=4.5 years or 2 years which ever is less . As 3.5 years is more than minimum of (2yrs or 4.5 yrs ), he is NOT eligible. This is one way of understanding.(pessimistic approach of understanding 😏- you have to club and read the sentences from ‘not short of QS‘ and “by more than 2 years “ which means you have to read for Not short by half of the QS and *Not short by more than 2 years* also). Finally which means in PA cadre , persons with 7-9 years are eligible. The 2nd way of understanding is: 2. For the same example 4.5 years QS or 2 years QS directly which means at least 2 years QS service is enough. Finally it means at least 2 years QS is enough. So, the way you interpret rules matters. That’s why I suggested you to JUST APPLY, rest of the things they will take care. We should NOT run the risk of not applying. It’s for them to decide. Britishers have left us with such language-English , a typical one. 😇Hope this helps.

Arpita ji There will be transfers ji( for every 3 years) but, generally transfer will be to places where good facilities are available only( usually HRA 18%) . The element of transfer is mandatory for every post. Except for this, the job will be pleasant 😊 and you get ₹5400 grade pay( I mean next level 9 ) after 4 years for sure it’s called AAO ( NFSG)

As per my understanding Qualifying service will be counted *from the entry cadre only.* In the above case, the official may not be eligible as he has completed 8 years of service as against 14 years. But If any junior to him [ie, who came under Rule-38] in his divisional Gradation list, applied for the exam and found eligible, then that official may be found eligible as per Senior/Jr. Clause mentioned in Gazette. So, the eligibility condition based on qualifying service may vary from division to division.

Sahar Banu ji Many things have to be taken into consideration. You have not told your cadre . PA? Presuming it as PA cadre and appointment date is 22-2-2011, you will be eligible for 2021, & 2022 straight away. But, if you are claiming eligibility wrt to DP or rule -38 candidate junior in DGL( who should have applied) , then, your eligibility may be reckoned for 2018,2019,2020 also as per Clause in RRs. Further these details will help to tell you.
