My hair is 10 inches and I have type 1b hair. I usually do this just once a week on Sunday.

Let me tell u all my personal care of my hair, till 2022 , my hair was in very bad condition, nafurally they are not that bad, they are good initially, but due to my carelessness they become very thin, weak and damage, but when I realise that long hairs are totap game chahnger, then I start take care of my hair I use onion juice with natural aloe gel and any hair oil, generally I add mustard oil pure, before washing my hairs, I applied it on my scalp, genlty massage it and after 2 hours I washed it with dove or arnica shampoo, use it once in a weak. 2nd is I soak amla reetha sheekakai overnight and then use use the water only. It works as natural shampoo. Just only rinse your hair with tap water, and then gently massaging ur hair rinse with the soaked water. And before shampoo plz always appky hair oil. Direct shampoo can damage ur hair. Only twice in a week, u nwed ti shampoo ur hair and detangle ur hairs every day 3 times atleast. And last thing is use ribbon to make braid till the end of ur hair. Use all these things altenrnate. Sometime one remedy, then the 2nd and so. U will definitely see diff. In months. After a year ur hair will be long.
