Burn out is very real and it has consequences if left untreated. Your mind is telling you to slow down or stop your pace and it’s also affecting your body, making it tired even when rested. This duo, mind and body, need to harmonize. You understand all of what I’m saying and so much more, but you must do what you feel is necessary to let yourself feel calm, cool, collected and in control of your journey.
