Wow. This was Aaron at 25 and he was so sweet, charming, polite, grateful and inspiring. I wish that Aaron would of been able to keep up this side of him. He really was a good person and he was kind and hard working. Drugs are pure Hell and it changes people. I am so sad that Aaron passed away at only 34 years old. He had a baby boy to take care of. This is just heartbreaking.

He had such a gentle and kind energy here. I watched his No Jumper and Steve-O interviews, and it is so upsetting to see the contrast. Although he was trajected into fame at a young age, everyone used him until he was no longer financially useful to them. I appauld his efforts to rebuild himself through growing his skills in producing and music management, he did everything right to get back the life he deserved. It is terrible what drug abuse and mental illness can do to you, it takes you piece by piece unless you get the help you need.

Between mental illness and people gleefully berating him, things started to go further down the drain. I personally wouldn’t tattoo my face but people are free to do what they like. I’m sorry he didn’t get the support he needed in time 😢. His son will have no memories of him and that’s so incredibly sad 💔

I’m Canadian and I loved Aaron Carter growing up. For those who don’t know, The Morning Show on Global is shot in downtown Toronto. One thing I’ve noticed is Aaron seemed to have a soft spot for Canada. I know he shot several of his music videos here and even wore a Toronto jersey in his Bounce music video. Stuff like that warms my heart. I wish I could’ve seen him perform here. Aaron Carter, you made a huge impact in Canada and the rest of the world. We will miss you. RIP. 🇨🇦❤️

What an incredible interview! Aaron 9 years ago was so humble, kind, honest, respectful, totally cohesive, thankful to have worked on a grueling Broadway show and appreciative of the fans who were coming out to the concerts he was promoting. A person is a child for such a short period time. There's tons of opportunities later to have the pressures of work and all the other adult responsibilities we have for most of our lives. What did the sort pressures that a child star like Aaron age 7-8-9 have - never having had a childhood, with all the hangers on constantly telling him he's the greatest thing ever, substances all around, etc. do to his immature mind? It was obvious Aaron was struggling these past few years. I imagine the pressures of being a parent, not being the hot commodity he was at age 7-8-9, his mental illness and substance abuse problem, and being estranged from his family all operating together put monumental pressure on him. For his young life to have ended the way it did is tragic, especially when considering all the promise he had here.

It still makes me so sad when I see past interviews. Knowing that he recently passed made me feel like a part of my childhood was gone with him. I grew up listening to his music and remember him as an unforgettable guest in the Lizze Mcguire show. It's upsetting that his parents used him and his siblings, then left him with debt. I can tell he tried to get himself back together over and over again despite all the family issues and addiction, but his career never bounced back the way he wanted. Addiction took over. RIP Aaron. I hope you are in peace and thank you for the wonderful childhood memories.

I used to be called 'Sunshine' back in the day, but after years of abuse from family and close people, I am no longer called that. It saddens me how much my pain has affected my personality. I am working on it though. When you are edging on 50 years old you have to decide is this what I really want to feel for the rest of my life? I know you wrote this 6 years ago but, I just happened to watch this video because of a psychic reading on him I watched, so this popped up on my list.

So many people so ready to label him as “crazy” or a “meth head”...so shallow of a judgement. Imagine if you were 7 and thrust into the public eye, molested by your backup dancers, had a drunken family, a sister who overdosed to death at 25, your father die and you don’t know how, and the weird world that is “fame”...suddenly you’re 32 and struggling with your mom and sibling estrangement...how are any of you who judge him worthy to judge him? If you were in his shoes you might get a clue, but you are all too close minded to imagine for a second that he’s a human being?

He actually doesn't need money, rather real love and affection. He has different talent and that people were thankful that he shared it to us. He was surrounded by evil, manipulated him, they used him and these different kinds of substance, I believed its not his real intention, people took advantage on him. I extremely do believed that he is still our brother Aaron Carter that's innocently pure. God will guide you now Aaron. I'm sure, please be good wherever you are.

Stu Pidazzo It’s because he’s on copious amounts of drugs. I think he is a sweet guy that went off the rails and never had a space to grow up properly. He grew up in a toxic environment and then just declined into drugs. You sort of cap at an age till you come two and do work to essentially “catch up” I mean even here look at how he is dressed I feel it expresses a very very young kid like side of him that he never fully lived out. It’s unfortunate.

I have people who care about me." Turning the negative things in his life into a positive. WTG mate, WTG.

my babysitters best friend was in one of his music videos! I remember i was like 7 or 8 and I was soo pissed i couldn't be in it hahahahahah loved him, it's sad to hear that he's been having some money issues lately, it's so sad, unlike Justin Bieber, he had so much talent, and was just a genuine person! i was only a kid, but i remember meeting him at a meet and greet, and he was just super sweet. I've gone to sooo many meet and greets for random singers and they're not all as kind as him. Hope things kick back up soon. But what I have noticed, is that he is kinda cocky in some ways lol, no hate though, I love aaron !

I have a little of Aaron in me, he’s a beautiful sincere guy and I understand what addiction does, it’s heart breaking and changes you into someone you don’t like. I’m going through it myself last 10 years but not with substances, mine is gambling addiction which is like a drug, research says it’s very similar in brain so I can relate to Aaron’s struggles and sufferings.
