They still haven't said if this was the SAC from Pittsburgh who screwed this up, a TDY Senior Agent, a DC SES Level Manager or was it, as Cheatle tried to say, the fault of the locals, the PA State Police, and the detailed HSI Agents. All of whom, were thrown under the bus, to save the Secret Service Management from receiving any criticism or scrutiny in the aftermath of their epic blunders. The "sloped roof", the lack of radio comms, even though all DHS agencies as well as most Federal agencies, have the "Interop" channel on their portable radios for these type of large scale events where Federal, State, and Local agencies need to be able to communicate. Total nonsense that they claim that there was no ability to communicate with their counterparts that day. My guess is they stayed on the USSS net and didn't bother with the locals on "their Federal Air".......
