This is the single greatest piece of film I have found on the internet, for bettering yourself as a defensive linemen. You are a blessing from god, please never stop releasing these videos; I NEEED THEM. I just recently found out you have what seems to be hundreds of videos and a lot of them Aaron Donald and a lot of them Rams and training. I don't know who you are or how you are connected but thank you from the bottom of my heart to you and everyone involved and please just tell Aaron he is the best, he is awesome, I love watching talk and explain in depth and to please speak up and speak more and please keep releasing this videos, so I can meet him one day on the field and shake his hand and thank him myself.

Just watching these videos the past few weeks has made me even appreciate how much more of a technician Aaron is. Right out of a textbook. If Aaron ever wants to get into coaching--he'll be one of the best in that, too. It was a privilege to get to meet one of the all time greats the game has ever seen. The way he's able to position his body and use the angles, leverage, etc. it's a thing of beauty. The man hit the genetic lottery--but being able to process all the things that Aaron has been able to over the years and then to do them over and over again--it's kind of like watching Beethoven play the piano man. Aaron is an artist on the defensive line. It's pretty cool when you get to see certain people who were born to do what they are doing--Aaron--truly born to do what he's doing. It's a privilege to be able to watch--and to get my picture taken with him--even better. As a true lover of the game--we're lucky to have an ambassador like Aaron continue to carry the torch of this great game and to pass it down onto future generations of football stars and football minds. All my best to him! Let's go AD!
