Although I wouldn't have cheered at that statement, you do realize that those who did cheer were doing so in favor/tribute, right? Like, do you really think those people were cheering because they're happy Chester died? Gtfoh.

This was a tribute to Chester Bennington for people to be so disrespectful is disgusting. This was a difficult time not for only us Linkin Park Fans but for the artists that knew him on a different level. He was singing to Chester I'm surprised that he didn't leave the stage or say something to the idiots sitting there. RIP Chester

Clifton Park, NY I can stand people hooting and hollering but this was an embarrassment for the crowd, i was one in the crowd but being a musician i wasnt an ignorant ass like some of these people. There comes a time when you're in the crowd to just shut up and just let an artist have a moment like he is singing to his friend right next to him. Thats what makes an artist an artist they tend to block the ignorance out and imagine that special moment... You can clearly see aaron do this.

I live close to the place this show was and can attest that the majority of the people who attend this music hall are filthy rich piles of shit who have no respect for people or music. And they serve booze so yeah there is that. Had I been him I would have said have a good night that's all I have for you I'll be playing a free concert in the local trailer park so I don't have to deal with inconsiderate arogant pricks like all of you.

Miss Ismist I saw him in NC several years ago and he played the entire set of country before playing the 6 song encore of Staind songs. Said it was the first time an audience hadn’t screamed out songs to play, he was hammered n asked people not to record. He has since changed formula and plays some staind intermittently, which IMO is better, but either way, people should respect him as an artist. Amazing every video there are people just yelling out stuff and talking, this one is particularly brutal due to the subject matter as you pointed out. Who cheers when someone talks about a friends suicide, famous our not, sad.

I've met some that will get mad at me for calling them a guy or a girl and get offended by the stupidest shit, and then I've met some that are the most chill, nice people. There are a lot of different types of Republicans and Democrats. You can't judge somebody's political views by how they act. Plus most of the people there are drunk and like country music, so I doubt they give a shit about Chester's tragic loss.

That my cats and of course my awesome husband have been my only medicine for over 10 years now. Yep instead of walking around like a zombie I learned to walk around with an awesome song in my head. I cried then & now Aaron is an amazing man for singing such a beautiful song for Chester and those people in that crowd well let's just say we're assholes and Aaron should have walked off the stage just because of them acting like that no respect whatsoever. Aaron has such a beautiful voice I just seen he'll be in Bethlehem Pennsylvania in 2023 I'd love to go never seen him. Sorry Aaron that they treated you so disrespectful for you losing your good friend Chester we all love and miss Chester. RIP Sweet Angel 😇😢💔💟 .

I can’t believe how those people are treating Aaron... you can hear them talking during the quiet parts like he isn’t a person mourning the death of his friend. I’m glad you captured this so people who give a shit can appreciate that moment in time, thank you! The first time I heard this song years ago I bawled my eyes out, so beautiful and a treasure to tribute to Chester ❤️

A good tribute, but terribly rude crowd. Especially the damn woman who kept saying "woooooo". I realize it's' a bar scene but I would expect reasonable human decency to set in when they realized he was talking about someone who had died. This isn't even a bar-type song.

Reminds me why I´ll never go to a concert anymore. The last time was when I went to a Rise Against concert and Tim McIlrath came to the stage with just a guitar and a spotlight and sang his most emotional ballads while a lot of people in the crowd were screaming and shouting. Why, just why do some people not get what the mood is and get a concert for what it is.

This song is so emotional I'm crying. The audience is so rude he is in pain. I get it I've lost my son forever 33 I will play this at his service. I'm still waiting to Have it due to covid II haven't. My heart is aching and when I see these others being able to have services on tv I feel like I'm being punched in the gut. When I have my son's service I hope I can find someone to sing this song .

The annoying crowds are kind of the allure of aaron Lewis. The juxtaposition of his performance against the disconnected crowd. I don't even hate it, its kind of why his "turn the page" cover is so much more powerful. Just a man bleeding on stage to an audience that doesn't quite get it. I've never seen Lewis live, but each time I come and revisit these iPhone KZbin recordings I feel a raw emotional intensity. Absolutely legendary. If ur here in 2020, well, hell ya... we need artists like this. Proud to call lewis an NE "neighbor" ** edit ** crowd also knows all the words. Come to mgm Springfield aaron id love to just experience your show.
