Same ,totally agree with you ... he was my fav singer since always and forever in my heart 💔 and everyday i listen him.. had a golden voice, a gift, a gift from heaven✨ or whatever. I have never heard such a voice since, even if I am in love with music, without I die and I listen to a lot, so many Bands and songs but AIC, Mad Season will remain the best for me. I miss him terribly 😔... RIP Layne🙏🌟👍🕊, this man so humble and so talented but with so hard, sad life etc ... i think that the people who loved him, already know his life .. And yes, what a sad and tragic end.😔 no words.😔 May you finally be at peace Layne 🌟🙏🕊✨.. We miss you, I miss you.💔

I like the studio version better, simply because the harmonies are akin to the Layne/Jerry style harmonies. Sounds more like an AiC song vs a Staind song.

It's hard to say which version is /better/ but acoustic version is much more beautiful. You have to appreciate that. I unfortunately never got to experience Layne's music live. Alice in Chains or Mad Season, but those bands are HUGE to me and I love that they impacted musicians such as Aaron Lewis the way they did.
