Poor draft choices and sticking with McCarthy past 2014 I believe whatever year was the fail mary and losing to Seattle in the conference champ game. Should of gone defensive minded coach then Aaron could run the offense with a coordinator. GB’s front office failed.

Arguably the most talented QB of all time. But not a leader. A me first guy. He never communicated or tried to bring out the best in his crew, and when he screws up, never owns it. Brady was the opposite. He had as much talent as Rodgers around him(moss the exception) but brought out the best in them. If Rodgers didn’t click with you, too bad. Brady got everyone involved. As a packer fan, I say this with a broken heart.
