It's not not eating too much, it's eating the wrong food because of the crappy standard American diet, very rich in animal fat, animal protein and vegetable oils, way too much cholesterol and saturated fats, very low amount of fiber, terrible for health

He’s an amazing drummer but there are some guys out there that have him beat. The thing is how do we define who is best? From a technical aspect I think it’s how hard the difficulty of the music being played is. But then it’s also a mix of what’s pleasing to the ear, gets the audience involved and of course playing in the pocket. Aarons timing is solid, but he lacks in dynamics. I think Jo Jo Mayer is one of the best. But he doesn’t sound as flashy as Aaron so I think people overlook him. Anywho just my two cents, only a classically trained percussionist that has marched dci and college drum lines. I’d hope my vote counts for something 😂
