Hi! I recently bought a second hand Xerox Workcentre 5790, for couple of days it was working fine, but when I tried to connect my PC with the machine through network setting and all i have made some changes in network settings in the diagnos mode. From then my machine is showing the companies home page i:s Xerox home page and not at all booting up. I cleaned the RAM, changed the RAM, I changed the battery on the RAM, I also checked by changing other hard disk, I also tried Alt boot which I have seen in one of your vedio, but still no result. What do I do sir ? Please help ☹

You might try resetting the nonvolatile memory (NVRAM) as a last resort. The instructions are here: www.copytechnet.com/forums/xerox/100845-there-anybody-know-how-reset-nvram-xerox-workcentre-7545-a.html If you have replaced the hard drive, you will need to reload the firmware with another alt boot even if the above works.

Do you have access to print in color? Sometimes users can print but only in black and white.
