I am a Desktop Support Rep and I normally do contractual work, 6 months here, 6 months there. Every office is different and every office has different printers. Without tutorials like these I would be lost trying to figure out how to change Second Bias Transfer Rolls or Transfer Belt Cleaners, Waste Toner Containers, Drum Cartridges bla bla bla... Have you cleaned the feed rollers for each tray? Pull out the tray and you will see three sets of pickup rollers for each tray. Clean these rollers.

Nope! You go to tools and there you find the counter reset by using the top secure and reliable firmware admin account. I changed the Second Bias Transfer Roll but I still have grey stripes on my printouts on SRA3 paper. Only SRA3 using Tray 5. All other smaller formats have no grey borders on my prints. This is really really very very ANNOYING.
