The letter is not exactly him being insecure although he sometimes can be insecure. It has always been a goal of Jungkook to become a singer who can touch your heart and a singer that army's can be proud of. He is the least insecure when it comes to singing but that's only on stage. Jungkook has recently revealed that he views Jeon Jungkook as inferior to the BTS Jungkook. As a Young Artist he didn't find himself as someone special and somehow viewed "Jungkook the idol" as a Persona. Hopefully he can overcome this and truly be who he wants to be.

For us you pronounce their names as you see them because we aren't getting the Korean spelling for them. Those are their names "anglicized" I guess you can say. Pronunciation for Hangul can be difficult. When he was saying "Chung" it sort of have fun. J's in Korean aren't harsh sounding like J's in English. Their J isn't the J in jump. J's in Korean are softer and when you pronounce them they can have a bit of a ch sound, which is why they were teasing him with "Chunggook". Many letters in Hangul have soft mixed sounds so it's possible to hear two sounds when you hear them. Hangul is easy to learn but proper grammar is very hard. It's why Korean is considered one of the hardest languages for native English speakers to learn.

That's not Jimin's letter Aaron...
