One day my grandpa and I were sitting around listening to music and Blue Bonnets came on. He loved the song! Born and raised in Texas he was 💯 TEXAN. On 9/13/21 he made his was to those pearly gates he was 97 years old. We played this at his graveside. He was a WWII Veteran, and the cemetery was filled with American and Texas flags with a perfect lubbock breeze. While this song gently played we laid him to rest. A beautiful tribute! You sir were part of that and we thank you. ❤️ W.F. “Bo” Evers 1924-2021

There's not many modern country musicians who speak about deep subjects like faith and hope so strongly like Aaron. They only sing about getting drunk, cheating and partying. So may God continu to bless you Aaron and keep using you as a vessel to spread hope and positivity.

@@clydedough7207 About 3% of the people who listen to this song did not like it. But I am going to guess that you are in the 0.05% who not only do not like it, but have to dump on someone who does. That is right, you are probably the only one of 6500 people who has to crassly express himself like this. Nice.

Please all who are reading this..... never take anyone in your life for granted and thinking they will always be there. I would have expected my Mama to pass away due to natural causes related to growing old. No, that wasn't God's plan. My Mama had a sore throat with a slight cough and a fever. My sister takes her to the ER on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon we were called to come in and say our final goodbye. COVID was the culprit. It took her out so fast. Oh, if God could just give me a few more minutes with her. My heart is crushed. I just wanted to tell everyone to make sure to tell their friends and family how much they love them. You just never know☹☹☹❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏

I am NOT a country western music fan but this song crossed the bridge and stepped into my heart and found a home. Heard it first live on the Glenn Beck show. Wowee Zowee what an awesome attitude and love. He told the story of his daughter who only lived a few hours after she was born. I hope he wouldn't mind if I asked them to play it at my funeral service. It could be decades it could be in a couple of weeks. We never know when. That's why it's important to repent NOW and ask God and Jesus to forgive you and save you.

In another time and place Grandma would kiss my face Wish I could go back there again I'd climb up in my grandpa's lap I'd lay down and take a nap That old man and me were best friends And one day I turned around Leaves are fallin', fallin' down Those fields were bare and brown and they were gone Long gone like bluebonnets in the spring We're only here for a little while It's beautiful and bittersweet So make the most of every mile So pack light and love heavy Give it all your heart and soul, so in the end You won't regret one thing Life is like bluebonnets in the spring. There's so much I can't explain Such as gravity and pain Still I remain, blindfolded and full of faith I kissed my angel girl goodbye Still can't help but wonder why But I believe I'll see her again someday So, hold 'em tender, hold 'em tight Pray every mornin', day, and night That God will help you raise them right And don't you blink, don't blink 'Cause like bluebonnets in the spring We're only here for a little while It's beautiful and bittersweet So make the most of every mile So pack light and love heavy Give it all your heart and soul So in the end you won't regret one thing Life is like bluebonnets in the spring Life can be filled full of sorrow Time is something you can't borrow So love like there's no tomorrow Because today could the day Like bluebonnets in the spring We're only here for a little while It's beautiful and bittersweet So make the most of every mile So pack light and love heavy Give it all your heart and soul, so in the end You won't regret one thing Life is like bluebonnets in the spring Life is like bluebonnets in the spring
