awesome...lovd ur explaination i have also been baking pavs at home... but my only issue is tat... 1st day the pavs are airy and light but the next day it becomed like say 20 % dense.. not as airy as the 1st day.. the market pavs r soft and airy even the next day.. but like u said may be because of the preservatives.. but if u have any tip to keep it light and airy even the next day plz do share.. thank u

Hi aarti ma'am. Y r really expert. I liked your ladi pav recipe. I have active dry yeast of bluebird company. Can I use this yeast for ladi pav? One more thing I want to ask. Ma'am I like to bake. I learnt cake making on just watching & trying cake recipes. Now I can bake perfect cake but icing is not up-to date. I want to start homemade cake bakery. For that I want to learn icing. Blue bird yeast doesn't work, especially for bread making. You must add instant dry yeast, which you can get from the shop where all the baking related items sells. Or you can order online.

Hi, loved your pav recipe, I tried it today and took the same measurements as your video shows. The bread had good rise too, but as soon as I baked it the bread became flat. What did I do wrong?
