While being treated for severe migraines, Lisa became dependent on medication to help her sleep. She began to experience chronic insomnia when she discontinued the medication. She tried all the self-help solutions, and eventually she found relief by applying the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). “Stop trying so hard,” she said. “Sleep has got to come to you.” Recorded in 2022.
