Hi, at 6:44 you calculated net at 81800 but you multiply 2% times 81200, typo?

Hi Elena, Ah the graphics :( it is £81,800 which the answer is referring to and should be. It’s just the graphic on the left hand side but thank you for letting me know!

No problem so the 2,200 relates to irrecoverable debt where as the 1,636 relates to the allowance for doubtful debt. So we wouldn’t want to add the two together because they go to separate accounts :)
