We tried this on one of our Bizhub C368s. Followed your instructions, and Service Mode showed that External Memory Backup (04) was already enabled. However, that soft key is still not visible in Administrator settings.

does this let me see all the data i want from all the various departments with unique ids? as far as counter list? with group names and all? i want to view it in excel or get it to be via cvs or txt file. please and thank you.

do you know if this download allows for upload into excel via csv or any other format? like can you see things like counter list?
