Ingredients for #aatukudalgravy
1. Goat intestine or boti - ½ kg
2. Onion (shallots) - 1cup
3. Curry leaves - few
4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 ½ tspn
5. Fennel seeds - 1 tspn
6. Green chili - 2 nos
7. Coriander powder - ¾ tspn
8. Cumin powder - ½ tspn
9. Red chili powder - 1 tspn
10. Turmeric powder - ½ tspn
11. Gram masala - 1 tspn
12. Pepper powder - 1 tspn
13. Salt - as required
14. Coriander leaves - few
15. Oil - to fry
16. Water - as required
