It seems to me that the cycling of graves makes sense actually. I seem to recall learning somewhere that, at one point in history at least and in some cultures, bodies would be interred only for a couple of years. Once all the soft tissue had decomposed, the bones would be exhumed and placed in an "Ossuary" elsewhere. (Freeing the grave up for the next fleshy occupant.)

wouldn't surprise me. cemeteries take up a lot of land and not every place has that type of leeway. Also one of the reasons cremation is primarily used in some places

In general, Pre-War Doctors would still be at risk. Post-War Doctors have seen enough. Specific callouts: Pertwee would scold any human in a mile radius about even looking at it, then slip it in a pocket, ultimately forgetting it was there. When reminded, would call it a silly bauble (whimsical). Eccleston would have the roughest time and the deepest temptation but ultimately resist. Troughton would put it on, confident in his ability to win against Sauron only to be humbled. When asked about it later, he'd *also* call it a silly bauble (haunted).

Capaldi would break the rings will to live before it ever got close

McCoy would make a show of being tempted by it, then it would go missing, then later he'd pretend to retrieve it from under his tongue or behind his ear and giggle and say something about how 'we couldn't let _this_ fall into the wrong hands'; Tom Baker would put the thing on, go full-on dark lord, chew the scenery and generally cause strife, then quietly ask his companion(s) how he was managing the act (this isn't even hypothetical; it's nearly the plot of The Invasion of Time); Hartnell - would either be tempted to the point where someone else would have to quietly remove the ring from his reach - or, he'd pick it up and do a show-and-tell for the rest of the group, 'Now this is _interesting!_ An invisibility ring; did you know, there was an Earth philosopher, by the name of _Plato-'_ 'Yes, I've heard of him! He was one of the Greeks, wasn't he?' 'Quite right; and so -'

Capaldi was amazing and I'd remember that episode "one hell of a bird" for the rest of my life but Matt Smith's 11th doctor "Demon's run" still has me shiver at the thought of it. He was such a wonderful character to follow, same for David Tenant, his fight against the master was fun to watch but that ending really sold the series to me.

For this being a game made in the modern era it has a really great nostalgic feel. I think it's because the graphics are very much early RTS style and it works really well with that.

I also got a good laugh at the lavatory staring at someone and asserting dominance. All i can think of was how would you do that? The person that just went the loudest or the one that just sat there with a calm face.

29:50 Hold up - people are saying the Matt Smith doctor would _resist_ the One Ring? After the whirlwind romance with mrs. 'oopsie, I deleted the whole entire universe, tee hee aren't I quirky'? While he was road-tripping the galxy _with her parents?_ No; I've got to argue the point here - eleventh doctor falls to the ring. He falls _hard,_ and it takes a massive season-finale plot contortion to pull the character back out of universal-destroyer mode. He'd be entertaining while he was doing it, but he'd still go full dark lord; that character is darker than people give it credit for. And I'd guess odds better than 50%, one of the Ponds would have egged him on, too.

I mean, even on just effect on the physical world, Morgoth was indirectly responsible for the sinking of the entire old continent west of the Blue Mountains. Sauron sank an island and corrupted a couple of decently sized areas.
@Kr0noZ11 ай бұрын
Sure, Saurons war caused more damage to Middle Earth specifically, but on the other hand the war against Morgoth *sank an entire Continent* next to Middle Earth, destroyed multiple independent Kingdoms and in the end they *still* couldn't entirely get rid of the guy. That's quite a lot more damage in general I'd say.

Yurp. Morgoth's damage is in the fact that he has completely infected all of creation with malignancy.

I don't know about any of the orig Doctors, but the new Doctors (starting at 9th) would be corrupted in no time flat. The Doctor is filled with anguish, rage and sorrow, even if he is good at hiding it.

Tbh, I think the 12th Doctor would be corrupted by the one ring. He might hold out for a while, but I think Heaven Sent is proof enough that 12 was highly corruptible. You just needed to know what buttons to press.

I was interested in trying Palworld, but now that I know there are monsters called "Bandwaggon Fan Girls" that attack your base and therefor must be fought/killed I'm utterly disinterested.
